2026 Mercedes-Benz EQE Sedan Range and Charging
The 2026 EQE Sedan charges from 10 to 80 percent in about 32 minutes. That rate applies to all trims using a 170 kW DC fast-charging station. Discover these capabilities by browsing our current Mercedes-Benz electric vehicle stock.
Advanced Battery Architecture
The EQE 320+ uses a 96.0 kWh battery for an EPA-estimated range of up to 308 miles, when properly equipped. To see how the battery shapes the cabin and footprint, read our 2026 EQE Sedan overview. The vehicle also uses active thermal management with a standard heat pump, which scavenges waste heat from the motors to warm the cabin. On brisk mornings along the Black Warrior River, that keeps you comfortable without draining the range you need.
Charging and the NACS Adapter
On a DC fast charger, the EQE Sedan accepts up to 170 kW, adding significant highway range during a short coffee or lunch stop. At home, a 9.6 kW onboard charger paired with a 240-volt station refills the battery overnight in roughly 11.5 hours. New for 2026, every EQE Sedan includes a North American Charging Standard (NACS) adapter for native access to thousands of Tesla Supercharger stalls, and you can map compatible stations on the Mercedes-Benz charging network.

Navigation with Electric Intelligence
The MBUX system takes the guesswork out of trips. Standard Navigation with Electric Intelligence monitors topography, temperature, traffic, and driving habits, then calculates the most efficient route and schedules the charging stops a long trip requires. You can confirm the official energy consumption ratings at fueleconomy.gov.
Planning Charging Around West Alabama
Day to day, most EQE owners simply plug in at home and start each morning with a full battery, so public charging becomes something you think about only on longer trips. For a drive toward Birmingham, Atlanta, or the Gulf Coast, the navigation system preconditions the battery before a fast-charging stop so it accepts power quickly, then routes you through stations with enough capacity for your route. The included NACS adapter widens your options further by opening up Tesla Supercharger stalls along the way.
The practical result is an ownership routine that usually means fewer fuel stops than a gas car, not more, with the bulk of charging happening quietly overnight in your own garage. If you do need a public charger on the road, the navigation locates compatible stations and shows real-time availability, so you spend less time searching and more time driving. The result is range confidence whether you are commuting in town or heading out of state for the weekend.
