A Message From GM, Daniel Stronge: Navigating COVID-19
The health and safety of our customers and employees is our top priority. We are closely monitoring the outbreak of COVID-19 (coronavirus) and are following the guidelines of the CDC as well as local and state government officials. I wanted to reach out personally to let you know what you can expect from Mercedes-Benz of Tuscaloosa during this period of concern.
In an attempt to minimize the risk of COVID-19, we are continuously sanitizing and deep cleaning all areas of the dealership. Hand sanitizer and hand-washing stations are available. If not visible, please ask any employee to direct you. Our janitorial crews have been instructed to be extra conscientious about disinfecting high-touch areas including door handles, counter-tops, and restrooms. We are also following the CDC recommendations for social distancing.
Should you prefer to shop online, we are proud to offer Online Purchase Process, an interactive tool that allows you choose your vehicle, find your payment, value your trade-in, and apply for financing all from the comfort of your own home.
We would be happy to walk you through this process and answer questions over the phone, complete your paperwork, and deliver your new vehicle to your doorstep.
We have had NO reports of suspected cases of COVID-19 from any of our dealership employees. If employees experience any COVID-19 symptoms, they will be instructed to stay home and seek medical treatment.
